The assignment is to write report which is consist of two parts:
Part 1: Lifecycles, (Explanation of each one and example of project that could use each type).
The lifecycles are: Single Phase project, three phase project, project with overlapping phases, Predictive lifecycle, Iterative and Incremental Lifecycles, and Predictive Lifecycle.
Part 2: Schedule Delay Analysis in Industry (means which are already used), Schedule Delay Analysis in research (means there are researches about them but they are not applied yet) There should be three Schedule Delay Analysis on each of them. They should not be Windows Analysis or Contemporaneous Period Analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Collapsed As-Built, Impacted As-Planned or As-Planned vs. As-Built.
