I would like help writing about a female leader that is well known.
Your research will cover an influential leader of your own choosing. This person can be an historical figure, someone currently in the news, or someone within your own company, community, or professional organization to which you belong.
The given sections require to be included in the research:
1) The leader's traits and characteristics
2) The ethics, positive or negative that are exemplified
3) The leadership style(s)
4) How he/she creates teamwork within the organization
5) Explain his/her communication process
The succession plan of the leader (if any) so that the organization can survive once he/she is gone
The research paper must be 6 pages excluding the references and cover pages and:
- Be typed using 12-point font using Times New Roman, or a similar easy-to-read font.
- Be double spaced with the paragraphs indented.
- Have margins of 1" on all sides.
- Be thoroughly edited for grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Points will be deducted for these errors.
- Include at least 3 reputable sources. Include appropriate APA-style documentation.
- Include a reference page in proper APA format.
- Include an APA-style cover page.
