Q1) American Nursing Association (ANA) reports that there is nursing shortage.T his article makes some suggestions regarding how to correct this shortage. Additionally to suggesting changing compensation for nurses, ANA suggests the following strategies for eliminating the shortage:
a. Create initiatives to move nurses through graduate studies more rapidly.
b. Reach out to young adults and promote nursing as career.
c. Pass laws which give nurses more flexibility in paying back college loans.
d. Use technological advances in health system to enhance current group of nurses.
