Interplanetary magnetic field

1.) The sun radiates energy at a rate of 2.86x10^23 kW. Each fusion reaction in the core of the sun produces 26.73 MeV of energy. Calculate how many helium atoms must be created each second to account for all of the radiated energy.

2.) Assuming that the solar wind travels at 550 km/s and the rotation rate of the sun is 27 days. Calculate the distance from the sun at which an interplanetary magnetic field line will wrap around itself exactly once.
