Case Scenario:
While it is important to work on our weaknesses areas, it is important to develop a back up plan, and delegate in case something can happen to others when we know we will not be able to perform well. My weaknesses areas are TimeManagement and Procrastination, so in my case I have to have a personal assistant. Therefore, to accomplish my responsibilities I have to have someone who can reinforce my weakness areas while I'm working, creating, thinking, and building a new project. Because when I had an idea for the new project. I have to work on it immediately before my vision is gone. On the other hand, the time I can spent on a project without someone to cover my back with routine tasks and paper work. So, doing that It will help me to focus on what I am good at it, and what is important first because there will be times things do well but others we can struggle as well.
Therefore, Daniel Rubin's (2013) inspired me to rest and to reflect as an essential task or life itself. To have a good lifestyle doing first thing first, so see life from another angle or in a different way. In addition, our body needs to recover after work, study, or family so to do first things first, to rest and to reflect in lifestyle in a different I can change opportunities in challenges, and vice versa. Our body needs to recover from work, to work better the next day. I didn't realize how important this was before. "A leader should be part of the team striving to achieve its aims. The art of a good leader is to pass those skills of leadership to others, to empower others to fulfill the vision" (Anderson, 2011, p. 188).
