Create a learning project plan for an initiative that will teach employees how to implement the new technology identified in your technology adoption proposal paper. The content, format, tools and techniques that you use in your learning project plan are entirely up to you. However, your plan should:
1. Identify and describe the content, format, tools, and techniques that will be used in your learning project.
2. Detail who, what, when, where, why and how the learning and management will occur.
3. Clearly demonstrate your understanding of the content presented in this module.
4. Contain a rationale for how your plan addresses the changing demographics of the employee base that you identified in your Business/Organization Profile.
