Consider the organization or corporation that you work in. Based on the knowledge gained from this course, if you had the power, what specific actions would you take to implement or improve the practice of earned value management in your organization or corporation?
Address the following points:
a) People: Address the personnel establishment that practices earned value management (EVM).
b) Business Process: Identify the business processes that must be created or will be affected.
c) System: Describe the automated systems that are in place, or need to be in place, to practice EVM.
