Task - Write an essay (aim for 750 words) that addresses issues associated with data proivacy. Use the Australian Privacy Principles - discussed in class - as the basis of your discussion.
The essay should investigate the privacy issues surrounding the Australian government's MyHeathRecords system.
Write the essay as a response to a question from a friend - who is asking you, a database expert for advice - "Should I opt out of the MyHealthRecords system?"

a. The essay should address the question and provide an answer.
b. Essay should be structured in a logical fashion and the arguments presented should flow in a logical fashion.
c. The arguments should be are based on good reasoning, good references and on the Australian Privacy principles.
