How would you score the Basic elements described in Chapter 8 (i.e. Hiring and Work Assignments, Performance Evaluation, Discipline, Terminations). Which score higher? Which score lower and what can be done to improve on these scores? For example, to improve the Performance Evaluation process, should peers evaluate one another's performance? Note that many companies are using 360-degree performance appraisals.
