Select an example of a neutral/ positive message from BizCom in the News.
1. Discuss the type of approach used (direct/indirect). Do you believe the approach taken was the best one for the message? Why or why not?
2. How was the message organized (that is, chronologically, in ascending order of importance, descending order of importance, etc.)? Do you believe the organizational strategy was the best one for the message? Why or why not?
3. Is there anything you might have done differently if you were the author of the message?
4. If a response from recipients of your chosen message is appropriate, how would you respond to this message? If you do not think a response is warranted, please explain why not.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
