2. Mr. Burbridge, a veteran general education teacher, has recently been paired with Mrs. Jensen, a special education teacher, to co-teach his eighth grade ELA class. This is Mr. Burbridge's first experience with co-teaching as he is used to working mainly with honor students. The school principal has selected Mr. Burbridge as a co-teaching candidate because of his successes with the "best students" and felt he would help "those who are struggling to learn."
Identify one possible collaboration issue that may stem from this scenario and then a possible solution to the identified issue. Rationalize your choices.
