1. Initially, the organization should be able to estimate the project scope and when selecting the proper EPM system we should keep in mind about the requirements otherwise later we may face problems because we didn't do proper estimation as we have more work/less time in future and it will be difficult for us to upgrade in future.

As the application will be available to the users we may start running into issues and the support team can issue a ticketing system for the issue tracking, root-cause analysis, what areas are impacted and what types of functionality has been impacted. This will help the team to escalate if needed and get them resolved quickly on a priority basis.
3. As EPM is followed we may run into vulnerability issues, so we must design the security from the beginning, so we prevent them falling into the wrong hands and also we should test to ensure if the security firewall was handled properly.
4. We must make sure that everyone in the organization is following the EPM System, so it helps us in increasing the productivity, if they are taking more time then we will have the inadequate data which will not yield the expected results.
5. By following the modern technologies we can increase the performance as we can load balance the work onto multiple resources, as we have multiple servers we can distribute the load to the servers which ultimately leads to high performance system.
