Choose a landmark U.S. Supreme Court case from the list posted in the Module 5 folder. For the chosen court case, 1) discuss the controversy and 2) give your opinion on whether you think the Supreme Court was correct in its decision. Be sure to include all of the following.
• Discuss both sides of the landmark case. Include how the controversy arose, how it developed, how it ended (if it has), and the ultimate impact of this controversy on the development of American Constitutional theory. Be sure to include information on the Constitutional basis for the argument.
• Decide which side of the case you support and defend your decision. Discuss if you think the Supreme Court was correct in their interpretation of the Constitution, or not.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
