Training and preparation for future profession can be formal or informal. In many countries, the preference is given to the formal training. Vocational education and/or university degree are required for obtaining the relevant position. At the same time, there are many countries in which the factual abilities and skills are valued more. If the person demonstrates them, he/she is accepted.
