- Upon launching the strategic plan, as a manager of this business, it is crucial for the manager to meet the employees to share the company's vision and my dream for the company. Talk to the employee through meetings both formal and formal meeting are very vital because these will ensure them what their roles in the company and meetings would entail team building. The department meetings, as well as the regular monthly meetings with all the employees, would allow the management to share the strategy map of how to achieve the organization's objectives. They would also allow the organization to review the monthly performance to keep track of its progress. All employees have a role to play in the achievement of the company's objectives.

- It is expected that the employee would give valuable feedback to the management on issues that they feel require the attention of the managers. They may also give feedback regarding the strategy map requiring an elaborate answer in case they haven't understood some part of their roles and responsibilities of the company and what area they need to improve more. The employees may also discuss issues such as their working conditions, their compensation and other aspects such as additional training.

c. What are the specific roles of people in relation to the strategic plan?

- In order to implement the strategic plan effectively, I need to have the right people for my team. First, I will assign a team who will be involved in the marketing of our products. Then, I will also assign a team for the kitchen. The head baker and the assistants will be responsible for the baking and reinventing designs of the products. The marketing team will be responsible in promoting the product and expanding our networks and building a strong reputation as pastry maker in the community. I will also assign a person who will look after the budget and accounting during the operations. To ensure that I have the right skilled worker I will hire people with degree or the right qualification related to the position. I will also ensure that the employees have undergone trainings and have work experience. Moreover, I will allow my skilled workers to pursue further and continues trainings so they can enhance or develop new skills that they can implement in the workplace.

6. Discuss how cooperative ventures might be useful within some strategic plans and what due diligence might be necessary to ensure cooperative ventures have a chance to succeed.
