How do you go about evaluating your work as a psychologist? What criteria are you using to evaluate the quality of your work? What skills do you reflect upon? Do you refer to your client goals and objectives to evaluate your work? How do you measure progress and success? Are there objective measurements you consider? Evaluating one's work in terms of outcomes and procedures are part of what it means to be professional and helps us as lifelong learners to set goals for continuing skill development. How are you developing as a professional?
