b) How do you interact with the Human Resource Department on hiring?
c) How do you choose someone for a position?
d) What do you look for in a new employee?
e) Do you have others involved in the interview process?
f) Do you provide mentoring for a new employee?
g) How do you evaluate them?
h) Are they on some type of probation?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
