TAYLOR:

As an administrator, team communication can help Sheila and Quintin's work relationship the reason for this is because without communication there can be a lot of mixed signals in the past Shelia and Quintin have attacked one another in staff meetings but this could be because of harbored feelings they have had towards one another's work ethic that leads to a staff meeting, to begin with. However, having an open door or open communication policy can lead for both Shelia and Quintin to both speak about there concerns with one another knowing that there are no repercussions for doing so there is just a fix and moving forward so that each person can be better at their job, and together anyone is more powerful as a team than alone.

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
