For this week's Critical Thinking Assignment, you are being asked to assess an organization's marketing management through evaluation of the business environment. You can choose a company that is familiar to you or consider Allstar Brands from the PharmaSim simulation.
You will want to think broadly about the situation faced by your chosen company and use tools (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, PESTLE, for example) to help frame your thinking.
Evaluating customers, competitors, and the business environment is the first step toward creating a successful marketing plan!
Option #1: Situation Analysis
Research a well-known company. In a well-written paper, assess the situation facing your chosen company in a competitive market. Use at least one analysis tool (Porter's Five Forces, SWOT) and consider company goals, customers, competitors, and the business environment faced by your chosen company.
Support your discussion with research.
Your paper should meet the following requirements:
- Be 3-4 pages in length
