1) Specification of the elements necessary for any knowledge management system using two different commercial systems and not proprietary systems;
2) Compare the architectural details of the 2 KM systems such as data repositories, connectivity services and user interfaces. Evaluate and Compare them based on the criteria developed in the first part. These should be systems that you could obtain for your organization;
3) Lastly, explain the explication of measures of effectiveness for these systems.
