Assignment:
1. Upload a copy of one of your lesson plans that shows strong integration of technology. Highlight the uses of technology within the lesson plan.
2. In addition, write a 2 page explanation of how the technology improves student learning. You should plan to include, the next innovative way you plan on using technology in the classroom, the biggest benefit of using digital media in the classroom, and your favorite piece of educational technology and why?

TeacherTube is much like YouTube (which you are more than likely already familiar with). However, since many school districts prevent the use of YouTube at school, TeacherTube makes a great alternative for both classroom use, and professional development use. During the course of the modules you will complete in the Universal, you will have to make videos, and post them for viewing by your Supervisor. You will do this via YouTube or TeacherTube. Either program is fine to use, but in case you do not have access to YouTube, please go to the link here to become familiar with TeacherTube. You will need to create an account on either YouTube or TeacherTube for use in the program modules. This will make it so that others on the internet do not see your videos that you post, just your Universal supervisors.
This is a great resource of handouts and programs available for use.
