Illustrate and discuss all of the steps in the Evidence Based Management (EBM) model to analyze two issues associated with successful EMR implementation/adoption in Saint Vincent Health System (and/or other health systems similar to Saint Vincent). (Use a table/chart to organize/explain the points in the model and ensure to use information provided in the case to support your answer.
