Search the Internet and identify a project that did not have a favorable outcome. Explain why the project failed, and give suggestions on how you would have managed the project in order to possibly have a different outcome.
Discuss some outcomes of monitoring and controlling project work.
Discussion 2: "Making Decisions"
Making decisions in business can be difficult. Fortunately we have a lot of great tools to help us! Choose two decision-making tools you learned in our materials and explain how you would use them to make a decision with an actual problem you have faced in your professional life.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
