Go to the MA System web site and play the beer game simulation. In this game, you can choose to play with other players or play individually. Read the instructions on the site and choose a role to play (retailer, wholesaler, distributor, or manufacturer). Once you have started the game, you must finish it, so plan on about 30-45 minutes of activity.
Create a 1-2 on your game experience and report the results. The purpose of assignment is to experience the bullwhip effect from the perspective of a participant within a supply chain and see the results of supply chain coordination.
