3) Determine what might be going on in the organization under consideration

A. Present at least one possible solution utilizing the models presented in class, as well as models found in sound academic journals
B. Describe the implications of implementing this solution on the stakeholders
C. Finally, conduct independent research and include citations and references from your research finding that supports, supplements, or even refutes the theory presented in the course.
