Problem: Environment Scan Analysis
Research, evaluate and analyze the chose organization's "internal and external business environments, by using the SWOTT analysis technique. Determine how those forces impact the organization's sustainable competitive advantage
Write an academic paper depicting your "Environmental Scanning analysis" that includes the following:
• An introduction with a detailed description of the organization, what they do? product/service? etc.
• Create a SWOTT Diagram that includes Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats and Trends.
• Provide at least 5 topics for each category. Then, select at least 3 of the topics per category, and explain how these topics will support or not, the overall organization's Business Sustainability and Competitiveness. Convey how your analysis would take advantage of the firm's Strengths and Opportunities while avoiding its Weaknesses and Threats to its success
• Evaluate how specific internal factors and forces (Strengths and Weaknesses) support and/or promote a competitive advantage;
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
