Assignment:
You have been directed by your corporate or organizational president to research on the Creation and implementation of an effective recruiting and retention program to enhance the quality of employees and management within the organization. This paper should be addressed to the president, board of directors, and your professor. For this research, you should conduct a review of literature based on the current practices being used in today's organizations (in terms of your selected research problem/situation).
- Invest money in a training facility. That will train new employees on their new roles, which will lead to more confident and able employees. Leading to increased retention
- Implement mentorships. Employees can learn about other roles and departments within the company. We want employees to see all the different oppurtunites the company has to offer. Seek promotions and career development within the company
- Develop partnerships with local colleges and universities for direct contact with upcoming and recent graduates.
- Develop partnerships with local high schools to implement internships and give students the oppurtnity to earn college credit
For your research project, please select one of the following problem or situational areas to research. As you conduct your secondary and/or primary research, you should also develop a well-developed strategy as to how to implement your strategy into this organization.
