Our textbook had some content on this, however, this was too limited, see the suggested link for more detail.

1. Do research on the Internet and identify how the external environment influences the Information and Technology fields. Consider influences on all fields such as including: external vendors, outsource, off-shore, cloud, security and more. For any one of the participants listed previously, all other participants would be an external influence, government at various levels, patients, remote, and global form some further considerations. Focus your response on those areas that would be a primary issues for projects.
