1- Explain the difference between Disciplinary Action and Corrective Action. What are the benefits and pitfalls of each?
2- Does your company have a succession planning program? If so describe it and its effectiveness.
3- Post a copy of your company's performance appraisal. Be sure to check with your company to avoid any company confidentiality issues. Alternatively, you can simply discuss the performance appraisal process. Address the strengths and weakness of the appraisal as it relates to employee motivation.
