Your senior director has asked you to build a presentation that will be an overview of the project procurement plan. Diagram the procurement management process. Include in your presentation diagram how project scope is defined, make or buy analysis and how to locate potential sellers in your procurement environment or a procurement environment that may be of interest to you. Keep in mind this presentation will be the foundation for how the procurement process for the project will be performed.
