Develop a power/interest stakeholder matrix for that project that includes a description of each stakeholder and why they are assigned the category you selected. Use role designations rather than actual names. Briefly describe how understanding who the stakeholders are and the power/interest they hold can influence the ultimate success of a project. Also briefly describe how successfully this activity has been performed on the example project you have chosen.
