Determine the absorbance of the solutions

A) Prepare a series of dilutions of CoCl2.6H2O in the range of 0.000 to 0.200 mol dm-3. Determine the absorbance of the solutions at 525nm. Carry out an appropriate statistical analysis to test the hypothesis that there is a direct correlation between cobalt chloride concentration and absorbance. Draw conclusions from your results.

B) The following data represents the concentration of Albumin in g dm-3 in the blood sera of 16 adults.

Carry out a Statistical "T Test" to determine the validity of the null hypothesis that there is no significant difference between the levels of albumin in the blood sera of men that of women. Show all workings and formula of T test. It is easy to do it on excel so show me full workings.

C) The following data represents the number of glassware breakages for four different technicians.

(1) 24 Breakages

(2) 17 Breakages

(3) 11 Breakages

(4) 9 Breakages

The number of breakages by the 1st worker differs significantly from all the others

The second, third and fourth workers differ significantly from each other in carefulness

Use a Chi-squared test and draw appropriat conclusions regarding the two questions above.
