Create a 1-2 page paper, analyze at least 2 obstacles hospital administration may face as they implement changes to improve the quality of health care. Describe the obstacles, the reasons for them, and how these obstacles might be overcome. Also you must be sure to specifically describe the changes implemented to improve the quality of health care.
