The cornerstone of America's post-9-11 homeland security program was the USA PATRIOT Act. Over the past several years, DHS and our partners have evolved. Homeland security extends far beyond DHS and the many departments and agencies that contribute to our homeland security mission. However, question remains.
Write a 3 to 4 page essay in which you discuss the Department of Homeland Security and how it has evolved over time.
