Leadership models
- Autocratic leadership (Mahathir Mohamad, 4th and longest serving PM of Malaysia)
- Participative leadership (Najib Razak, 6th and current PM of Malaysia)

-Please define clearly each of the leadership (105 words each) using 2-3 valid academic sources for each side.

-Please briefly describe the leaders chosen and explain the organisation involved (cabinet/government of Malaysia in both cases). Allocate around 50 words for each individual with the organisation.

-Application of the leadership models to the leaders. About 300 words for each leader. When discussing the second leader, make comparisons to the first leader. Please include 5-6 valid academic articles/journals.
