o A proposed project title -What aspect of healthcare will your final project address?
o Proposed research statement [one paragraph] - Define the research that will underscore and justify the project.
o Introduction to the problem [one paragraph] - Why is this effort important?
o Purpose of the study [one or two paragraphs] - What is the purpose of the preliminary research that will justify pursuing your project?
o List 2-3 research questions.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
