Cross-cultural management problem


CONTEMPORARY INTERCULTURAL ISSUES:

You need to critically evaluate a typical cross-cultural management problem and outline a solution to that problem in a critical paper. 
 
The requirements are that the project involves cross-cultural implications or interactions (i.e., does not deal with a single culture), and deals with a problem pertinent to international business.
 
Possible topics might include issues such as stereotyping, discrimination, diversity in the workforce, virtual intercultural teams, acculturation, decision making, intercultural business relationships, or intercultural communication in professional settings (e.g., medical, legal, educational).  
 
Remember the problem needs to be one that involves at least 2 cultures.
 
The paper should be thoroughly researched and documented. Paper length: 2000 word, plus at least 8 sources—4 of which need to be from academic sources other than your textbook.
