Creating a project plan based on core planning processes
Objective
Create a project plan (based upon the core planning processes) focused on customer needs and which effectively balances project and organizational objectives with stakeholder satisfaction and which addresses the nine project management processes areas.
Begin working on the project management plan by creating the outline of the document. Identify each of the sections and write a paragraph describing the contents of each section. Describe the level of formality for review and approvals of the project plan.
