Create what you believe would be an ideal formula for a leader to motivate their subordinates to achieve desired goals. Specifically, be certain to spend some time (perhaps a paragraph dedicated to each) discussing the leader behavior that would be engaged in (e.g. directive, participative, etc.), subordinate characteristics (need for affiliation, preference for structure, etc), and lastly anticipated task characteristics (repetitive, weak group norms, etc.).
