Question: Based on your position in your organization, analyze the different tasks and activities that you perform on the job. Create a journal entry entitled " Job Analysis and Design." Identify three (3) different tasks or activities, which you perform regularly. State the importance of each one to your job. Do the jobs (tasks) of other people in your organization depend upon your ability and performance to accomplish your job and tasks? In what way? If you did not accomplish the expected performance, what is the impact upon the job of others who depend on you? How would you restructure and redesign each task or activity to improve your efficiency and productivity? What additional resources or support would you need to improve efficiency and productivity?
