After reading the Sarker, Ahuja, and Kirkeby (2011) article and the textbook, prepare two arguments. First, prepare an argument that trust is the most important component of successful teams. Second, argue that communication is the most important component of successful teams. Based on the arguments you have constructed, which component do you consider to be the most important and why?
