Compare turbine exit quality with low-pressure turbine

Reheat, where high pressure and low pressure turbines are used, is added to a simple steam cycle to increase the steam quality at the location where the steam exits the low pressure turbine and goes to the condenser. Consider a steam cycle where the turbine entrance pressure and temperature are 3.5 MPa, 400°C, and the condenser pressure is 10 kPa. (a) Compare the turbine exit quality for a simple cycle (without reheat) with that for the low-pressure turbine exit quality of a reheat cycle where the exit at 0.8 MPa of the high-pressure turbine is reheated to 400°C and then expands through the low pressure turbine to 10 kPa. Also, (b) compare cycle efficiencies.
