Career Planning Assistance Program
Prepare a Career Planning Assistance Program at my organization. I am tasked with describing what steps utilize to start this program. My employer is going through a downsizing, approximately 500 employees will be downsized from their current position. In my proposal I need to state how I expect to offer career planning assistance to the (my) current employees.
