You have been retained by a senior manager to create a training presentation for her management team. The senior manager is particularly concerned about the effectiveness of her managers and their direct reports. The training should be designed to review the functions of management, highlight and provide tips on mastering the application of the functions of management, and to improve the delegation skills of her managers.
