This document is designed to help you objectively examine a positive learning environment. You may download and type directly in this document. To make this an effective assignment, you will need to research and identify a few different sources surrounding what constitutes a positive learning environment. 1. Select and research 2 sources that share strategies for developing and leading a positive learning environment. In 200 to 250 words, share a few of those strategies and describe how they can be implemented in an educational setting.
2. Next, in 150 to 200 words, identify any drawbacks to this environment. Is it suitable for all learners? Is it intended to be specific to only some learners? Do you see this environment evolving into something different?
3. Finally, in 150 to 200 words, how can you share your positive learning environment successes with your colleagues? How will you manage a success that is not well received? How can you regroup if your attempted environment fails? How will you measure what's a success and what's not?
