- Schools must establish rules and guidelines that comply with constitutional standards to control student behavior and to implement necessary disciplinary proceedings. Summarize a scenario from the cases presented in the course textbook of ways public school institutions can place limitations on student freedoms.
- Explain the reasons public school institutions do so and the legality of such rules and guidelines.
- Use at least two (2) quality resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and similar Websites do not qualify as quality resources.
