Please read the full assignment details under M4-A2. It's essentially a mini case study in dealing with project delays and potential cost overruns.

Your assignment is to create a PowerPoint presentation to Sr. Management that summarizes the issue(s), discuss different options, and then make a recommendation on the best course of action. You do not need to submit an updated Project Plan - I am making this part optional since most of you do not have the MS Project software. Like in past weeks, you are free to make some assumptions as needed. I am pretty flexible in the approach you take.

I want this assignment to simulate what you would find in the "real business world." Therefore, be creative and consider including graphics or images that might enhance the visual appeal of your presentation. Remember, your audience is Sr. Management and as Project Manager they are relying on you to give them recommendations that mitigate risk, keep the project at budget, and delivered on time. As general guidance, a PowerPoint presentation in the range of 5-6 slides is sufficient but you can certainly go more slides if needed. This is just a suggested length - you will probably find you need a few more slides to make it substantive and complete. You can also use the notes section within PowerPoint to provide details.
