For either project, you have a budget of $300,000, and a time frame of 9 months to either complete the house, or open the business. In each unit, you will now be supplied a template with required information (as well as example inputs) for your project. Your assignment is to complete these weekly inputs. Your assignment this week is to create a Scope Management Plan and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for your project that you selected and created a Project Charter and Project Management Plan for last week.
