What is Diversity Management

Diversity Management: It is a strategy which is intended to foster and sustain a positive workplace atmosphere. Generally initiated by Human Resources professionals and administered by department heads and supervisors, an efficient diversity management program will encourage recognition and respect for the individual differences found along with a group of staff. The idea of this management style is to promote staff to be relaxed with diversity in the place of work and build up an appreciation for differences in race, gender, sexual orientation or any other factors which might not be shared by everyone working in the same region of the company.
