What is Change Management

Change Management: It is a methodical approach to dealing with change, both from the viewpoint of an organization and on the individual level. A somewhat vague term, change management has at least three distinct aspects, comprising: adapting to change, controlling change, and influencing change. The proactive approach to dealing with change is at the center of all main three aspects. For an association, change management means stating and implementing procedures and or technologies to deal with modifications in the business atmosphere and to gain from changing opportunities.
